With recent significant enhancements in snowmaking, additional ski runs and the new Gold Express Chair, Nakiska has become a family favorite for Calgary’s skiers and riders.
“Skiing is less than one hour away from Calgary. So drive less and ski more,” added Mosteller. Skiers and Riders will not want to miss the opening of the enhanced Na.jib.ska Rail Park and the NEW Skier/Boarder Cross course coming later this ski season.
On Opening Weekend, skiing and riding was off the Gold Express Chair on 3 ski runs—Upper Mapmaker, Middle Mapmaker and Big Bear. Skiers and riders uploaded and downloaded on the Olympic Express Chair.
