Meet Jody Robbins |
Jody Robbins is a freelance travel and lifestyles writer who divides her time between Calgary and Canmore, Alberta. After ditching a career in international marketing, this former expat and explorer of over 50 countries, she decided to share her travel experiences so others could have better ones. Jody focuses on family, adventure and wellness destinations and was awarded the Travel Media Association of Canada’s award for Best Outdoors/Adventure Feature 2014. Her blog: Travels with Baggage is cited as one of the top Canadian Travel Blogs and Influential Mom Blogs.
When not travelling with her precocious children (one daughter, one husband and one dog), she can usually be found hiking and snowboarding at the Alberta Rockies or more likely indulging in après-ski.
