1. Eligibility Giveaway is open to those able to travel to Big White Ski Resort. Employees of Big White Ski Resort, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

2. Entry Period The giveaway begins on October 9, 2024 and ends on October 23rd, 2024 at 09:00 PST Entries submitted before or after the stated entry period will not be considered. 

3. How to Enter Participants must sign up for Big White Ski Resort's e-newsletter by completing the official giveaway form, available at [insert link]. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. 

4. Prize The prize is:

3 nights superior hotel (value based on regular season, Inn at Big White) = $690 +cleaning fee= $74 
3 full day lift tickets for two (value based on mid-week window rates) - $894 
2 Hour Group Lessons for two - $230 Equipment Rentals for two - $332 
Dining Voucher - $300 

valued at $2,520 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 

*fine print: your package is valid midweek, Sunday through Thursday, for the 2024-2025 winter season excluding the following dates: December 20, 2024 - January 2, 2025, February 14-20, 2025 and March 7-22, 2025. Valid until end of 2024/2025 winter season. Based on availability. The hotel reserves the right to restrict bookings at any time. Please note only a select number of complimentary packages are accepted on a weekly basis. Prize bookings will be accepted starting October 1, 2024.

5. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry on October 23, 2024 If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, a new winner may be selected. 

6. Publicity By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

7. Data Collection By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive promotional emails from Big White Ski Resort. 

8. General Conditions Big White Ski Resort reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Big White Ski Resort and its affiliates from any liability arising from the giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.
