BANFF, ALTA. – When you're planning your stay in a ski town, you're probably looking for three three things: comfort, location, and value. When it comes to accommodations in Banff, look no further than the Banff Inn.
Comfort
The inn features well-appointed standard rooms, with jacuzzi tubs, loft units, king rooms, and honeymoon suites available as well. All guests rooms are non-smoking, have complimentary wireless internet, confidential voice mail, and individually controlled air conditioning and heating.
"The Banff Inn is ideal lodging for Canadian Rockies vacationers," said Manager Dan Rodrigues. "We have a really outgoing staff, great service, a good location, and comfortable, modern rooms. It's great value for what you get."
With a total of 100 rooms, there's a room for everyone, no matter what you're looking for. There are great bi-level loft units perfect for families, honeymoon suites for newlyweds, and comfortable units for people looking to spend a lot of time resting and relaxing.
Location
Located on Banff Avenue, the Banff Inn is only a 10 minute walk from the downtown core, and is only a 15 minute drive from Mount Norquay, Banff's resident ski resort.
"We're only minutes away from Banff's best shops, restaurants, and attractions. And our staff is more than willing to take you by the hand and impart their knowledge about all the great off-hill activities you can enjoy during your stay," said Rodrigues.
As far as food goes, you'll never be more than 5 minutes away from a meal. Carlito's Pizzaria is located within the hotel itself, and even offers room service for those too tired to move after a tiring day on the hill.
"Pizza is the predominant item, obviously, but there's also some great French-Canadian food, burgers, and pasta. It's a great place for apres or a late-night meal."
Value
The Banff Inn comes fully serviced for your comfort. There's a steam room, sauna, whirlpool, complimentary wireless internet, and the heated underground parking is free. The hotel also offers a terrific continental breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. daily in the lounge. Breakfast includes bagels, cereal, toast, juices, coffee and tea.
And the best part of all is the price.
"The Banff Inn is your home away from home. We do everything we can to make sure your stay in Banff is a great one."
