Three days of non-stop entertainment, seminars, and spectacular show savings at the Southern Alberta Ski and Board Swap! Sponsors include Sunshine Village, WinSport Canada, Castle Mountain, SnowSeekers, Lake Louise Mountain Resort, Banff Mount Norquay, Nakiska, and The Sandman Hotel Group.
- Attendees may enter to WIN a $25,000 grand prize FAMILY PASS and holiday package from Sunshine Village valid for the entire season! The package includes unlimited skiing or riding including 3 nights stay for two with next day skiing or riding at Banff’s only Ski-in, Ski-out hotel, Sunshine Mountain Lodge. Breakfast included! Plus 3 nights for two with complimentary breakfasts and spa access at the Banff Springs Hotel! Attendees may enter once per day and the draw will be on Sunday, November 6, 2011. The winners will be contacted and announced on X92.9 FM.

- Sneak-a-peek Friday, November 4: Snow enthusiasts don’t want to miss first dibs on the Southern Alberta Ski & Board Swap! Brand names, equipment and more available as long as quantities last! These specialty, one off items are coveted gear that is either brand new or gently used, perfect for growing family members! Also on location all weekend long is the Ski Pass Junction, your one stop shop for season passes! Follow up a day of fantastic shopping with the Après Ski Party starting at 8 PM. Enjoy a bonfire, huge screen Colossal Vision movie premier, hot chocolate and beer gardens!
- Extreme Saturday, November 5: Come down for the Rail Jam, where attendees can watch local athletes rip it up on an outdoor Rail Jam in the Plaza. Extreme savings continue all weekend at the Ski & Board Swap and the Ski Pass Junction! Grab your gear, your ski passes and catch an eyeful of extreme boarding tricks.
- Castle Mountain presents Family Day Sunday!!! Sharpen up your skates and bring the camera as you start your Family Sunday off with a Pancake Breakfast followed up with great entertainment the whole family can enjoy including; a FREE Family Skate from 12 noon to 2:15 PM in Arena B (mandatory helmets), face painting and a giant bouncy house just for kids!
- Attendees can also enjoy complimentary Hot Chocolate everyday courtesy of Castle Mountain at the kiosk located by the entrance to the Athletic & Ice Complex!
- Admission is valid ALL WEEKEND LONG! SAVE $2.00 by purchasing tickets at any participating Safeway location or online at www.calgarysnowfest.com. Adults are $10.00, Seniors $8.00 and children under the age of 11yrs old are FREE when accompanied by an adult. - The production schedule is: Friday, November 4, 2011, from 3 PM to 9 PM, Saturday, November 5, 2011, from 11 AM to 6 PM and on Sunday, November 6, 2011 from 10 AM to 5 PM.
