Getting There
Getting There
Mount Timothy is one of those secret northern BC ski resorts with heaps of snow waiting for anyone making the effort to find it. AND you are welcome to park your RV at the resort.
Mount Timothy is only 30 minutes from Lac La Hache but that still doesnt answer your question. Lac La Hache is almost halfway between 100 Mile House and Williams Lake. From 100 Mile House, head north on highway 97 for 26 kilometres then turn east on Timothy Lake Road for another 25 km. From Williams Lake, head south for 65 km on highway 97 and turn east on Timothy Lake Road. Four-wheel drive or chains in the trunk are highly recommended. Mount Timothy is only 5.5 hours from Vancouver.
Flights are available to Kamloops (3 hours to Mt. Timothy) and Williams Lake (1 hour to Mt Timothy). Car rentals (or 4X4s) are available at the airports.
